Life Insurance:
Group Term Life Insurance is provided at no cost and includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment clause.  Voluntary Group Term Life is also available.
 • 30 days to 5 yrs. - 1x annual salary
 • 5th anniversary - 1.5x annual salary
 • 10th anniversary - 2x annual salary

Disability:
Eligible after 30 days of employment - short-term and long-term coverage; 60% of earnings after completing 14-day elimination period after onset of illness or injury.

Retirement:
Contributory 403(b) tax sheltered annuity.  Employer may make a discretionary contribution.
